Purpose of this Role:
Design SJF TD pipeline and organize programs to build SJF TD foundation.
Manage talent projects to identify and empower hipo development. Enhance organization capabilities with effective projects and solutions.

Build SJF talent development program.
Lead talent review process and find optimization opportunities.
Support LM to design and execute TD pipeline and related actions to achieve expected result.
Design functional competency matrix and evaluate current competency level and find gaps.
